i almost gave a good review for the okay breakfast and clean common areas, but the mold in my bathroom ruined it all. not to mention, i had to hunt down the attendant for check-in like i was some unimportant nobody. i expected at least a complimentary gift for my troubles. this place woudl ve been spectacular if they cared. what a shame!

The elevator is a bit unsettling with flickering lights and noise, making rides feel uncertain. Some guests experienced musty smells in their rooms, as if they hadn’t been aired out properly. The one check-in experience was less than ideal, with prolonged wait times causing frustration, especially when no staff were in sight to assist.
